Joe Huggins was great to wok with.  Our purchase had a couple of challenges.  First we are from out of state and this was a 2nd home for us.  Second, it was a "short sale".  And last but not least we were purchasing a home sight unseen.  We only relied on the photo's that St. James Properties attached to the listing.  Joe assured us that the home was perfect and showed as listed.  Once we closed on the home we got our first look and it was everything that Joe said it would be.  Working with Joe make the entire process very easy.  He was very responsive to telephone calls, emails, and even text messages.  We literally had a seamless purchase. I had the pleasure of working with Joe Huggins on a real estate transaction (Second Home Purchase) in Leland, NC, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. We walked into the realtors office without an appointment and met Joe Huggins. He spent the entire day showing us St James. We went back several more times and several more days looking at homes in all price ranges and Joe never hesitated to be there for as long as we needed. We bought a boat slip, and weeks later after a call from Joe that a great deal just came out, we drove down again and bought the house!. Joe is a patient guy who I recommend highly to find your next home. Simply put, he is the real "regular Joe"!. No B.S. kind of guy. And a new friend in Southport. Joe and Chris were very helpful with our search to find a home in St James. They were a very good team and worked well together. They answered our questions promptly, helped us with acclimating to the area and were very patient.
We just celebrated Christmas with our entire family in our new home and everybody loved it!
