Joe Huggins is a native of North Carolina and has made his home in Brunswick County since 2018. He is a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the U.S. Army with over 29 years of service, a member of the Oak Island Moose Lodge, and the American Legion Post 543. He enjoys kayaking, gardening, and riding his motorcycle in his spare time.

Joe obtained his broker license in 2023 and was named St. James Properties’ Rookie of the Year in 2024. He has accreditations as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR).

Joe’s attention to detail, dedication, and desire to serve each client’s individual needs make the buying or selling process as easy as possible while getting them the most value for their money. His markets include all of Coastal NC, with a concentration in Brunswick County, one of the fastest-growing housing markets in the country.
