And last but not least we were purchasing a home sight unseen. We only relied on the photo's that St. James Properties attached to the listing. Joe assured us that the home was perfect and showed as listed. Once we closed on the home we got our first look and it was everything that Joe said it would be. We walked into the realtors office without an appointment and met Joe Huggins. He spent the entire day showing us St James. We went back several more times and several more days looking at homes in all price ranges and Joe never hesitated to be there for as long as we needed.
